Rossall School

Airport, Rossall is a traditional British boarding school that offers an outstanding all-round experience. Whilst having a majority British school roll, Rossall also has a very diverse international community, with over 57 nationalities represented. This creates a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout, with 340 boarding students calling Rossall home during the academic year. An All-Steinway School, the 160 acre campus boasts 9 boarding houses, a truly distinctive Astronomy Centre and Planetarium and state of the art drama and sports facilities.

The school is renowned for its Signature programmes in the fields of Football, Golf, Performing Arts and the Piano. Each Signature programme competes or performs at the top of their respective areas. The Golf Academy is consistently ranked #1 in the UK (ISGA). The Football Academy is delivered in partnership with Manchester City with students regularly appearing in ESFA and ISFA national semifinals and finals, with the girls taking home the national trophy in 2022 and 2023.

Rossall balances this superb extra- curricular provision with academic rigour delivered through the IB Diploma, A Level and BTEC programmes. 2023 University destinations include Oxbridge, LSE, Imperial, medicine courses and many more. Each year several students choose alternative study destinations which include US College (Sports Scholarships), Conservatoires or other top global universities.
