Established in 1862, Clifton College welcomes boarders from across the UK and the world, who join with their day pupils from the vibrant and diverse city of Bristol. The newly opened Chellaram Sports Complex boasts a multi-purpose floor that accommodates multiple netball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts and cricket lanes, along with an indoor climbing wall. Clifton College is known for academic excellence, myriad opportunities, superb pastoral care and expert staff who deliver the very best learning and development. In 2024 73% of A Level grades were A* to B with 94% of pupils gaining places to one of their chosen universities.
