Rockport School

Rockport is a co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 3-18, and is Northern Ireland’s only fully independent school.

It is located on a beautiful estate on the shores of Belfast Lough and has been at the forefront of independent school education in this part of the United Kingdom for well over 100 years.

Rockport is a small school of just over 200 pupils and this is very much its strength: not only does every member of staff and every pupil know one another, but we are able to build completely tailor-made individual learning programmes. Our pupils continually greatly outperform predictions at GCSE and A-Level and the majority go on to leading UK and international universities.

The school is 10 minutes away from Belfast City Airport, with easy 50 minute flights to London Heathrow and other international destinations.
