Founded in 1896 and steeped in tradition, Scarborough College is a thriving co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 3 - 18. Scarborough College enjoys an unrivalled reputation for opening doors and optimising children’s academic and co-curricular potential.
Our beautiful campus is nestled in between the spectacular English northeast coast and the North Yorkshire Moors. It is a mere stone’s throw from Scarborough town centre and Scarborough’s South Beach. The College’s academic ethos is based upon traditional values but Scarborough College has also been an IB World School since 2007 and our Sixth Form students are enrolled in the IB Diploma Programme. This provides for a surprisingly progressive and student-centred approach to learning where all Senior School pupils are prepared for the rigours, the independency and the intellectual challenges of the IB Diploma.
