We offer an academically rigorous teaching environment in an idyllic setting, comprised of a 45-acre campus.

Since opening in 1923 we have welcomed pupils of all abilities and continue to believe in affordable excellence in education. We are confident that good teaching in our family-like community gives every child the best possible chance to excel and have a long tradition of providing a quality education while becoming a second home for children from overseas.

Our boarding community forges strong relationships between the pupils and the staff and a real sense of family is created as a result. All international pupils are supported by quality English as a Second Language lessons, in small classes, from specialist teachers. We provide a diverse extra-curricular and weekend programme which provides new experiences. Clubs such as climbing, board games and craft club ensure that there is something for everyone. Weekends can be action packed: shopping, fell running, cinema, paintballing, surfing, mountain biking, rambling and canoeing all feature regularly on the programme. However, there is always time to relax.

At Fyling Hall, education does not just happen in the classroom. We focus on the development of the child as a whole and aim to enrich our pupils by offering a range of social, cultural and curriculum enhancing experiences. Our International students receive quality English support in small classes from experienced teachers. As a result many of our international students achieve excellent exam results and go on to attend some of the best universities both in England and abroad.
