A co-educational day and boarding school, teaching children aged 3 to 18 with strong Catholic values and ethos. Founded in 1847 by the Rosminian Fathers, Ratcliffe is steeped in history and tradition. Surrounded by 200 acres of beautiful grounds situated in Leicestershire. Ratcliffe is very proud of the A-level results achieved in 2022, with 97% of all grades being A*-C and 53% achieving A*/A, with a pass rate of 99.5%. This maintains our position in the top 1% nationally for ‘value-added’ in the UK. Typically, 90% of students move onto their first choice of university, with a clear majority of students winning places at Russell Group universities, including Oxbridge.
